Chuck's "twenty five plus years" experience has provided him with a wide range of skills and expertise. Some of these are fiber optic, Cat5 and A/V installations, computer networking and programming, PennDot roadway lighting and traffic signal systems, control, warning, and power systems. Chuck also administrates our office computers and phone systems.
