Alan has 28 years of accounting experience with 18 years specifically related to construction.  He oversees and is responsible for all company accounting practices including financial reporting, budget preparation, tax and audit.  He supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization.  Alan is immensely creative and works with the Chief Executive Officer, Vice Presidents, and department heads to direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts.  In addition, to his financial role, Alan manages Bronder's human resource function and maintains company policies and procedures.
